November 04, 2009 Consumer Reports testing finds BPA in canned foods Consumer Reports reports in its December 2009 edition that it recently tested 19 canned foods, including products from Eden Foods and Annie’s Homegrown, and found that almost all products contained bisphenol A (BPA), a chemical used in the epoxy resin linings of most food and beverage cans.
