Your Executive Weight Management Will Evolve Through Four Phases:

Phase 1: Sensitization
An initial Obesity Risk Factor Evaluation which includes Pre-Diabetic Syndrome, Clinical Hypothyroidism, Cardiac Inflammation, and life-style behaviors will be conducted. Depending on the Obesity Risk Factor Evaluation, your body will be introduced to LipoErase® Rx or ThermDissolve® dietary supplements and medications that will stimulate a variety of depressed neuro-endocrine receptors which are known to account for the weight gain and weight loss control issues encountered in most individuals. Once awakened, these neuro-endocrine receptors are responsible for increasing your resting basal metabolic rate and fat excretion allowing you to lose weight and inches.

Phase 2: Caloric Consumption
This begins your behavior modification sessions. In Phase 2 you will be provided with reading materials, you will attend a 2 hour Nutrition Lecture conducted by Dr. Dominguez, and you will complete 5 seperate "homework" assignments. In each weekly visit with Dr. Dominguez, you will discuss various eating strategies to assist you in losing weight during your specially designed weight loss program; and more importantly in keeping the weight off after you graduate. Phase 2 is an important step in your gaining control over “binge eating” or the “I just couldn’t resist…” poor eating habits. Behavior Modification is the goal. This is accomplished through education and your employment of a conscious resistance to avoid fatty foods and over-consumption at the dinner table. You will become an expert in consuming the correct amount of calories with the correct ratios of PROTEIN-FAT-CARBOHYDRATE per day depending upon the amount of calories required by your daily routine. You may be supplementing your daily total Protein consumption with Bella Milagros™ Miracle Protein™. Our Miracle Protein™ contains 160 Protein calories, Zero Fat and 8 Carb calorie. Each serving is "like eating a 10 ounce Filet Mignon with Zero Fat.™"

Phase 3: Exercise
Phase 3 is your entry in a structured exercise program emphasizing aerobic conditioning with light weight training. We will assist you in determining the most efficacious cardio-vascular and weight control routine specific for your needs. This program may include at home exercises or your trips to the “gym.”

Phase 4: Maintenance
Phase 4 is the “beginning of the rest of your lighter life.” In Phase 4 you will assume gain total control of your caloric consumption and caloric expenditure. This two week phase solidifies your confidence in your success without continued medications. You will be confident in controlling your weight through the application of proper caloric consumption and caloric expenditure based upon your education received in Phases 2 and 3. The realization of your success will empower you to “NEVER NEED ANOTHER WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM ”again.

HCG Program

Although I am in principle not in favor of "quick" weight loss diets, I do understand your need for either a "jump start" or a program for those who truely only want to lose a few pounds. Therefore, I have researched and developed an HCG program to meet these needs. Our Bella Milagros™ – HCG Weight Loss Program will enable you to lose upto 10 pounds QUICKLY through your strict adherence to our proprietary and copyrighted diet regimen and daily injections of HCG. 

The Bella Milagros™ Diet is a protein rich, fat poor, carbohydrate moderate, 3 meal course regimen which when followed religiously will provide you with the RESULTS YOU WANT.   You will be limited in the types and quantities of foods you can eat, but you will be able to choose freely from among the acceptable food items.  Your dedication to the diet will “fast-track” your weight loss.  Any deviations or “bad” days will have a severe negative effect on your daily weight loss.  This program is not for those with low will power.

2. Accept the principles of the Bella Milagros™ – HCG Weight Loss Program process and outcome requirements.
3. Maintain a daily calorie log that you will present to us daily prior to your injection. 
4. Enroll in an exercise program (bring your enrollment receipt).
